  • Priority Pass includes access to all urgent care services typically available on-site at Priority 1, when medically appropriate as determined by the treating physician. Any services that you require from outside the practice, including outside labs, medical imaging, prescription medications or treatments, or follow up care with a hospital, primary or specialist care provider, or transportation, are not included.

  • No. Priority Pass is a subscription membership program offered by Priority 1 Urgent Care. It is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance or primary care.

  • Priority Pass is designed for patients with high-deductible insurance, out-of-network coverage, or self-pay needs. It is not available for patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded health insurance programs.

  • Priority Pass visits are not billed to insurance. If you prefer to use your insurance for a visit, you may do so outside of the program, but you must notify us of your choice prior to being discharged from the office on the day of your visit.

  • Additional visits beyond the monthly limit will be charged separately from the program, either as self-pay, through your medical insurance, or to workers compensation or no-fault, depending on your preference.

  • Yes. For households with 3 or more members enrolled, a 10% monthly discount per person may apply. Each membership is individual and billed separately. Please ask our team for details.

  • Priority Pass is designed for patients who want predictable costs and easier access to care. Many patients find value in the program even with occasional visits, due to the simplicity, the comprehensive approach, and the priority access it provides.
